This post is part of the Crucible Orientation Series, designed to help men discern whether the RISE Crucible is their next step.

Over the past several years, I’ve become increasingly aware of how many capable, thoughtful men are quietly drifting – successful on the surface, faithful in many ways, yet lacking a deeper orientation that can actually bear the weight of their lives.

Not a lack of effort or information. But a lack of formation.

I’m opening the founding cohort to The RISE Crucible. This is not a therapy group. It is not accountability, and it is not designed to fix a crisis.

It is a guided, structured space for men who sense that something in them needs to be confronted, ordered, and offered – so they can carry their authority with greater clarity and weight.

The work is reflective, demanding, and slow by design. It assumes you are already functioning well – and want to move deeper.

The cohort will be small and application-based. It will begin in mid–late February and meet one evening per week.

If this resonates with you:

And even if you decide not to apply, I encourage you to sit with the question this work raises: What is my life currently oriented toward – and is it worthy of my strength?
