Guided Formation For Men

The deep work needed for men ready to fully embrace their strength and calling.

Deep One-on-One Guidance for Men Ready to Rise

There comes a point when a man realizes that competence, success, and busyness are no longer enough.

He may be functioning well on the surface — providing, leading, showing up — yet inwardly he senses his life has become narrow, fragmented, or thin. His strength feels underutilized. His presence diminished. The fullness of who he could be remains largely untapped.

This work exists for that man.

Who is This For

This one-on-one work is designed for men who:

  • Are tired of living in the shallows of their own lives
  • Sense deeper strength, clarity, and vitality wanting to emerge
  • Want their inner world to match the weight of their outer responsibilities
  • Desire to bring more life, stability, and blessing into their marriage and family
  • Are ready to take responsibility for their formation

Therapy for Men Seeking Growth, Strength, & Clarity

This is not quick-fix coaching. And it is not endless, passive therapy.

This is guided formation — a deliberate, relational process that helps a man recover:

  • A grounded sense of identity
  • Access to strength without hardness
  • Emotional and bodily presence
  • Sexual integration and vitality
  • The capacity to lead with firmness and love
  • A life that feels aligned rather than divided

The aim is not self-improvement, but integration — becoming whole.

How the Work Unfolds

The work beings with a focused season of intentional engagement — often around 8–12 sessions — allowing enough time for real movement rather than surface insight.

Sessions typically begin weekly or bi-weekly, then naturally shift as clarity, strength, and direction take root. Some men continue with less frequent meetings — monthly or seasonally — as part of ongoing formation.

As growth deepens, the work may expand to include marriage or key relationships when shared engagement supports a man’s next step.

Men often describe this work as cultivating:

  • Greater clarity and decisiveness
  • Less reactivity and more presence
  • Renewed strength without burnout
  • More confident leadership at home
  • Feeling more alive in their bodies and relationships

In short, their inner strength begins to match their outer life.

If you sense that your life is meant to carry more weight, depth, and goodness — and you are ready to rise into that fullness — this work may be for you.

The first step is a conversation.

Additional Ways We Can Work Together

While this work primarily focuses on a man’s personal formation, it often extends to include marriage and relational work when shared engagement supports growth, intimacy, and leadership at home.

And The RISE Crucible provides an opportunity to engage in formation work alongside a few other like-hearted men.
