Initiate

Initiate is about movement.

Men in this stage often know what needs to be done—but hesitate. You may wait for clearer permission, less resistance, or better conditions.  Over time, that waiting turns into quiet resentment or self-doubt.

Initiation does not mean domination or force. It means taking responsibility for forward motion—in conversations, decisions, leadership, and repair.
